You Can Download Session Papers and Presentations from this Site

Final Presentations & Papers as of April 4, 2025

1) You must be logged in to download session materials
Click the login link in the upper-right-hand corner of this page. Use the email you used for registration and your Confirmation Number to login.

2) Depending on your registration, you will see download links appropriate to your registration type.
All registrants have access to the Plenary Presentations. Full Conference registrants will see all of the download links, although they only need the "Full Conference (zip)" download. Seminar Only or Technical Program Only registrants will see only those links.

• The Full Conference link contains the Seminars, Technical Sessions, and Industry Sessions - for Full Conference registrants
• The Technical Program link contains the Technical Sessions and Industry Sessions without the Seminars - for Technical Program registrants
• The Seminar Program Only link contains only the Professional Education Seminars - for Seminar Only registrants
• The Plenary Presentations link contains the four Plenary Presentation PDFs - for all APEC registrants 

3) Under the "Download Presentations" link at the top of the left-hand menu, click the desired link to initiate the bulk download.
Please note that these are large files.  Ensure that you have a secure and fast internet connection before starting your downloads.

How to Open and Use these Downloads:

1) Once you are logged in, click the Download Presentations link in the left-hand navigation to see your list of available download options. Clicking any of the links in the list will initiate a large .zip file download.



2) After your .zip file is completely downloaded, right click on the .zip file and "unzip" (extract) the folder.

3) Open the un-zipped folder and click the "Start.pdf" file. 

4) From the "Start.pdf" menu, use the buttons on the right hand side to navigate to any conference proceedings content. Note: if you try to use the "Start.pdf" menu without unzipping the folder, the embedded links in the PDF will not work.



5) If you have the Full Conference download, all presentation titles will appear in blue hyperlinked text. If you do not have access to some of the content, those titles will appear in black text.
