Presentation Description: This talk will demonstrate a highly integrated 5-in-1 power electronics solution for electric vehicle applications, known as SuperBox. The high level of integration is achieved using motor windings for charging and a specially designed three-port transformer that magnetically couples high-voltage and low-voltage batteries while maintaining galvanic isolation. Furthermore, SuperBox considers dual motor application for high charging and traction power capabilities. This also enables seamless integration of a redundant auxiliary power module for autonomous and functional safety purposes.
