Presentation Description: This proposal presents a practical design example of a 5.5kW 400V-to-50V 3-phase interleaved LLC converter for AI Server Applications. The benefits of using SiC MOSFETs in this converter are analyzed. The resonant tank design and three-phase magnetic design are discussed. An evaluation board is developed achieving a peak efficiency of 98.6% and a power density of 200 W/in³. Experimental results are provided showing the high performance based on this design.
