An estimation method of the rectifier output current of the LLC converter is proposed to avoid a bulk current sensor, which results in parasitic inductor in the rectifier loop and compromises the LLC converter performance. The principle of the estimation method is introduced. Then control of the LLC converter with the estimated rectifier output current is designed. Finally, the proposed rectifier output current estimation method is verified by the experiment.
