This paper proposes a circuit topology capable of high-power density and common-mode (CM) noise reduction two-phase interleaved boost converter using integrated winding coupled inductors. In the proposed circuit, by applying integrated winding coupled inductor, the elimination of two output diodes is achieved compared to the balanced interleaved boost converter using conventional loosely coupled inductor. Additionally, to reduce CM noise based on the balanced technique, the impedance balance conditions of the proposed circuit are derived from the CM equivalent circuit. Adjusting the winding splitting ratio using the balance condition can maximize the noise reduction effect. Experiment test using a 100W two-phase interleaved boost converter prototype using GaN devices is demonstrated a reduction in CM noise by a maximum of 15 dBµV at 1 MHz to 30 MHz
