With the growing deployment of AI server centers, power requirements for server racks and Backup Battery Units (BBUs) have surged to several hundred kilowatts. Engineers now face significant challenges in validating these specifications and testing the dynamic current demands of Electrical Data Peak Processing (EDPP). Additionally, laboratories must tackle power dissipation issues arising from high-power consumption and explore energy recovery methods using high-speed electronic loads. Efficiently configuring test instruments for these scenarios presents further complexities. Chroma introduces an ultra-low voltage testing electronic load for GPU power supplies, capable of loading 2000A at voltages below 0.25V. In this session, Chroma will provide insights, share solutions, and discuss practical experiences addressing these challenges.
