Professional Development Workshop: Creating a Brave, Collaborative Space

Participants will explore the crucial role of creating a “brave space” focused on cultivating collaboration and supporting teamwork in professional environments ranging from small one-on-one conversations to large groups. Attendees will learn practical strategies and offer opportunities to practice tools that professionals can apply immediately to overcome common challenges that hinder team growth. They will be equipped with tools to create brave, collaborative spaces where individuals feel empowered to share ideas, take risks, and contribute to the organization’s success.
