Infineon Technologies AG
Alfredo Medina-Garcia was born in 1979. He received the M.Sc. degree in electronic engineering and PhD from the University of Granada, the M.Sc. degree in telecommunication engineering (University of Sevilla) and B.Sc. degree in Industrial engineering (University of Cordoba).
In 2004, he joined Infineon Technologies AG, Munich, Germany, where he is currently working as a Lead Principal Engineer in the innovation department for power conversion. He has contributed with several patents and scientific publications. His research focus on highly efficient power converters with high power density, and its control algorithms in the area of AC/DC power adaptors.
