Kamran Kamran (he/him/his)

Kamran is a Senior Applications Engineer in STMicroelectronics. Since May 2023, he has also been pursuing an Industrial Ph.D. with the power electronics group at the Technical University of Denmark. His research interests include high-frequency, high-power density power converters, with a particular focus on optimizing magnetics design, such as integrated planar magnetics and PCB embedded magnetics. From 2015 to 2022, he served as a Research Engineer at the Pakistan Space Organization, where he developed high-performance hardware and power delivery designs for Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. Kamran received his B.S. in Electrical and Computer Science Engineering from NED University, Karachi, Pakistan, in 2014. He earned his M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2022.
