Tahmid Mahbub received his B.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) from Cornell University in 2017. He spent the next 6 years working at Apple, focused on EE/hardware system integration and MCU hardware design. He is now a Ph.D. student in the Pilawa Power Electronics Research Group at the University of California, Berkeley. His research in control and modeling focuses on addressing practical challenges in the Flying Capacitor Multilevel (FCML) Converter.
