Omar Sanjakdar is a final year PhD student at CEA in France, where he specializes in power electronics. With a double degree in electrical and electronic engineering, Omar has a solid background in this field. His work now focuses on the packaging of power semiconductor modules. His goal is to design and test a novel 3D packaging targeting high-voltage applications.
