Celine Lawniczak received her B.Sc. (2020) and M.Sc. (2021) in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Dortmund. Since 2022, she has been working as a research assistant at the Chair of Energy Conversion, TU Dortmund, Germany, pursuing her Ph.D. degree. Her research focuses on the design of gate drivers for GaN-HEMTs, with the aim of actively shaping the switching waveforms.
