Yue Wu(student member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in Integrated Circuit design and Integrated System from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2022. Yue Wu is currently working toward the master degree in Electronics information with Guangzhou research institute, Xidian University, Guangzhou, China.Yue Wu's research interests focus on the reliability of gallium nitride power devices.
