Xin Yang (Graduate Student Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2020, and the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2023. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Center for Power
Electronics Systems, Virginia Tech, VA, USA. His current research interests include characterization, robustness, and reliability of wide-bandgap power devices, as well as their applications in power electronics converters.
