Philipp Swoboda

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology

Philipp Swoboda received the B.Sc. and M.S.c. degrees in electrical engineering and information technology from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany, in 2019 and 2021, respectively. Since February 2022, he is pursuing the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering at the Institute of Electrical Engineering (ETI) at KIT. His current research interests include characterization and modeling of power semiconductors based on GaN, power converter design and gate-drivers.
