Ramin Rahimzadeh Khorasani is a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Heterogeneous Integration of Micro Electronic Systems (CHIMES) and a 4th-year Ph.D. candidate in Electrical Engineering at Pennsylvania State University. His research, supported by the Semiconductor Research Corporation’s JUMP 2.0 program, focuses on integrated high-power converters, embedded power delivery, cooling strategies, and heterogeneous integration.
Prior to his current role, Ramin served as a Senior Power Electronics Engineer at the Industrial Electronics Research Laboratory (IERL) at Isfahan University of Technology, working on solar inverters, high-current converters, and electromagnetic interference in power electronics systems.
He is seeking internship opportunities for the summer of 2025.
