Che-Wei Chang received his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Sun Yat-Sen University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2017, and the M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan, in 2019. He is currently working toward a Ph.D. degree in power electronics with the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES), Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA. His research interests include paralleling operation of SiC MOSFET, active gate driver, and thermal management of traction drive systems.
