I am a Ph.D. candidate at Huazhong University of Science and Technology, specializing in Electrical Engineering,
I studied in the Wide bandgap Semiconductor Packaging and Integration Laboratory under the guidance of Professor Kang Yong and Professor Chen Cai.
My main research focus on the packaging of wide-bandgap semiconductor power modules and the integration of EMI filters in power modules.
