Yang Liu is a PhD student from Georgia Institute of Technology. He received the B.Eng. degree and the M.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2009 and 2012, respectively. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA. His research interests include high voltage engineering, dielectric material, and next generation of power distribution systems.
