Mingrui Zou (Student Member, IEEE) received theB.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China, in 2020.He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering with Chongqing University, Chongqing, China.His research interests include advanced packaging and industrial application of wide-bandgap power devices.
