Krishna Namburi serves as an Engineering Manager at Nexteer Automotive’s R&D, overseeing technology development for electrical hardware and motor drives in motion control products like electric power steering and steer-by-wire applications. He is an IEEE Senior Member with 16 granted US patents in motor control and drives. Krishna holds a B.Tech from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India, and an M.S. from the University of Akron, Ohio. He is pursuing a Ph.D. at North Carolina State University, focusing on electric motor drives, motor control, and power electronic systems.
