Tatsuya Miyazaki

Rohm Co., Ltd.

Tatsuya Miyazaki was born in Kyoto, Japan, in 1986. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in material science and engineering from Kyoto University, Kyoto, Japan, in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
He is a research engineer of Research and Development Division at ROHM Co., Ltd., where he has been involved in high power application, mainly for SiC devices.
