Harsha is an applications staff engineer at STMicroelectronics with focus on power conversion. He has worked on several designs based on silicon and wide-bandgap power semiconductor technologies and has contributed to projects from the United States Department of Energy regarding electrified powertrain systems for commercial vehicles. He has a master’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, USA and a bachelor’s degree from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur, India.
