Se-Un Shin (Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Kyungpook National University, Daegu, South Korea, in 2013, and the integrated master’s and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daejeon, South Korea, in 2018.,From 2018 to 2019, he was a Postdoctoral Associate with the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI, USA, where he was involved in the development of low-power analog circuit design and automation. From 2019 to 2020, he served as a Faculty Member for the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering, Dankook University, Cheonan, South Korea. From 2021 to 2023, he held a Faculty Position with the Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), Ulsan, South Korea. Since 2023, he is an Assistant Professor with the Department of Electrical Engineering, Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), Pohang, South Korea. His current research interests include analog-integrated circuit design and power management IC design, energy harvesting, battery charger, wireless power transfer systems, switched capacitor/inductive converters, and hybrid converter topology.
