Xiaoling Li is an Electrical Engineering Researcher of the Advanced Power Electronics and Electric Machines group within the Energy Conversion and Storage Systems Center at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. In this role, Xiaoling leads the advanced wide bandgap power module packaging, with a particular emphasis on the electro-thermal co-design of parallel multi-chip configurations and medium-voltage applications. She received her M.S. from Chongqing University (2019) and her Ph.D. (2024) from the University of Arkansas. She is a committee member of IEEE Electronics Packaging Society on Emerging Technologies.
