Dr. Hoi Lee received the B.Eng., M. Phil., and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 1998, 2000, and 2004, respectively. He is currently a Full Professor at the ECE Department of the University of Texas at Dallas. Dr. Lee's research interests include power management integrated circuits for automotive applications, LED lighting, and computing systems; soft-switched converters, hybrid DC-DC converters and their control methodologies; wireless power and energy harvesting technologies; and low-power analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits.
Dr. Lee is an Associate Editor of the IEEE Journal of Solid-State Circuits. He received National Science Foundation CAREER Award in 2011 and was a recipient or co-recipient of several paper awards from various peer-reviewed conferences.
