Georgios received his Integrated Master’s degree (M.Eng.) in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2017 from Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. He went on to earn an M.Sc. in Communication and Satellite Telecommunication Systems with a specialization in Microelectronics for Space Applications in 2019, while working as a mixed-signal ASIC designer for Space Asics. Since 2020, he has been a researcher at CERN (European Organization for Nuclear Research), focusing on Beam Instrumentation and RF electronics. In 2022, he transitioned to a role as a mixed-signal ASIC designer, specializing in the design of radiation-hard integrated DC/DC converters for the High-Luminosity Large Hadron Collider upgrade project.
