Yao Wang received his Bachelor and Master degrees from Northwestern Polytechnical University, Xi’an, China, in 2017 and 2020, and the Doctorate degree from Drexel University, United States, in September 2023, all in electrical engineering. He is currently a postdoctoral research fellow at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
His research interests include high-power capacitive power transfer, inductive electric vehicle charging, high-frequency power conversion, and wide bandgap device applications.
