I am Yiju Wang, a Ph.D. student at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, under the supervision of Dr. Jiangbiao He. My research interest lies in Power Electronics and semiconductor device thermal management, mainly on SiC devices. My most recent project is about SiC MOSFET based T-type inverter and motor drive system.
