Jaber Abu Qahouq, PhD, is Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Alabama, the Director of The Energy and Power Electronics Systems and Devices Laboratory. His main research interests includes but are not limited to Power Electronic Converters, Systems, and Devices, Control, Energy Storage Systems, Battery Management Systems and State-of-Health Estimation, Energy and Power Systems, Wireless Power Transfer, Renewable Energy Systems, Power Magnetic Devices, Embedded Systems Design for Power Electronics and Energy Systems, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Electric Arial Vehicles, and utilizing Artificial Intelligence in Power and Energy Systems Applications, among others.
