GE Aerospace
Dong Cao (M’09) received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in 2005, 2010 and 2012 all in electrical engineering respectively. From 2012 to 2014, he worked at Ford Motor Company as a core power electronics engineer. From 2014 to 2019, he served as a tenure-track assistant professor at North Dakota State University. From 2019 – 2024 he worked at the University of Dayton as a tenured associate professor and GE EPISCenter Professor. He was promoted to full professor with tenure at the University of Dayton in February 2024. Since August 2024, he joined GE Aerospace EPISCenter as a Senior Staff Engineer.
