Nagaoka University of Technology
Yuki NAKATA was born in Kochi, Japan, in 1987. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Niigata, Japan in 2012, 2017 respectively. From 2015 to 2020, he was with National Institute of Technology(KOSEN), Kochi College in Kochi, Japan, as an assistant professor. From 2020 to 2022, he was a senior assistant professor. From 2022 to 2024, he was an associate professor. Since 2024, he has been with Nagaoka University of Technology, Niigata, Japan as an associate professor. His research interests are matrix converters for high frequency application, dc/dc converters and downsizing of inverter for UPS systems. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers of Japan and IEEE.
