Cheng Huang was born in Jilin, China, in 1991. He received his B.Eng. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Sichuan, in 2013, and his M.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Tsukuba, Tsukuba, Japan, in 2021 and 2024, respectively.
His research interests include power electronic converters, soft-switching techniques, and wide-bandgap power semiconductor devices.
