Nitish earned his MS degree in Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in ICVLSI from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, in 2018. He began his career at TI in 2019 as design engineer, advancing to IC design lead in 2022. He has worked on 8 GaN device families and played a pivotal role in development of TI’s GaN portfolio, spanning from GaN process development and multi-chip module chip design to the use of GaN in various systems. Nitish also holds the title of Member Group of Technical Staff (MGTS) at Texas Instruments.
