Felipe graduated with a degree in Control and Automation Engineering from the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFSC), Brazil, in 2016. He then earned a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Electronics, from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) in 2019.
Since joining Typhoon HIL in 2019, Felipe has focused on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation for power electronics and e-Mobility applications. He has led multiple projects involving electric vehicle systems, including onboard chargers, motor drives, and battery management systems, developing automated validation processes and real-time testing workflows.
His expertise spans power conversion systems, resonant converters, and photovoltaic integration, along with test automation using Python and HIL test bench design. Committed to advancing test, validation, and verification strategies, Felipe ensures the reliability of high-performance HIL systems for power electronics, contributing to the success of innovative automotive and energy solutions.
