Qihao Song

Virginia Tech

Qihao Song received his B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg, VA, USA, in 2019 and 2024, respectively. He is currently a postdoctoral associate with the Center for Power Electronics Systems (CPES) at Virginia Tech. His current research interests include characterization, robustness, reliability, and application of wide-bandgap power semiconductor devices, as well as the impact and integration of these devices into power electronics converters.
