Kashfia Tajmim Nabila is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, USA. Her research focuses on the modeling and characterization of wide bandgap semiconductor devices, particularly AlGaN/GaN High Electron Mobility Transistors (HEMTs), with an emphasis on temperature-dependent performance and reliability in power electronics applications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from American International University Bangladesh. Her work aims to advance the development of efficient and robust power electronic systems for high-temperature and high-power environments.
