Xingyu Yang is in a Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering at Auburn University, Auburn, USA. He focuses his research on LCL filter design and control algorithm development for grid-connected three-phase inverters. He received his B.S. degree in electrical engineering, specializing in power electronics, from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in 2015 and received his M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama, in 2018.
