Biography:
Bharadwaj Reddy holds a master’s degree in Electrical Power Engineering from the Technical University of Delft (Netherlands), specializing in power electronics and magnetics design, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from VIT University in India.
Since 2014, he has been actively contributing to the engineering field. He began his career at Philips LED Platform Development (2014–2015) in Eindhoven, Netherlands, developing efficient power supplies for LED retrofit tubes. From 2015 to 2021, he worked at ISE Magnetics – Netherlands (a spinoff of Philips Medical Systems and Aperam Alloys) as an R&D engineer, designing custom magnetics for power electronics. During his tenure, he successfully executed projects with top automotive and aerospace clients, gaining invaluable experience from Philips’ magnetic materials division.
His expertise includes developing magnetic components for EV, Aerospace and Medical power supplies (Flyback, DAB, LLC, DC-DC inductors, PFC inductors) and pioneering high-power planar transformer designs (up to 100 kW) for demanding applications. Additionally, he served as Magnetics Innovation Coordinator at the European Center of Power Electronics (ECPE) in Nuremberg, Germany.
Since 2020, he has been working at CBMM as a Technical Advisor for the nanocrystalline soft magnetic materials market. In 2022, he joined CBMM full-time as a Technical Market Development Specialist, focusing on global nanocrystalline materials
