Jingcun Liu

Infineon

Jingcun Liu is a Senior Staff Engineer at Infineon Technologies, where he is a member of the GaN R&D team. With 8 years of experience in both power semiconductors and power electronics, he is currently driving innovation in GaN discrete and IC concepts, including a revolutionary bidirectional switch (BDS), as well as their application engineering. His primary focus is on bridging the gap between device and application, enabling the widespread adoption of GaN technology. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and has made contributions to the field of wideband-gap power electronics with a portfolio of over 40 peer-reviewed publications.
