Presentation Description: The presentation proposes a 3-port USB-PD charger using Hybrid-Flyback as isolated DC-DC stage. Together with an upfront PFC-stage and with output dc-dc buck-stages the novel harmonized system control method ensures high efficiency throughout all load conditions so that latest tiny load and DOE Level VII requirements can be met. The presentation discusses the system set-up and selected innovative control features which enable high (average) efficiency and ensure low no-load power consumption.
