Mr. Rahman was born in 1995, in Chittagong, Bangladesh. He attended high school and graduated in 2014 with a high honor. Then, he received his B.Sc. Engineering and M.Sc. Engineering from Islamic University of Technology in 2018 and 2022, respectively. Currently, he is working on his PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Arkansas (U of A). His current research is focused on designing and developing novel power module packages devices fabricated from wide bandgap materials. After finishing his PhD program, Mr. Rahman is planning to start his career in academia. Previously, he worked as a lecturer at the European University of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Aerospace and Aviation University. Currently, he is working as a Graduate Research Assistant since he joined U of A in 2023. He authored and co-authored 15 academic research papers. Mr. Rahman received the Whites Fellowship from U of A.
