Hadiuzzaman Syed is currently working as a Technology Performance Architect for Robert Bosch GmBH in Reutlingen, Germany since 2021. He started his career in Infineon technologies, Germany and later worked as a Technical Marketing Manager for Vincotech GmBH. Hadiuzzaman Syed has 10 years of experience in the field of power semiconductors. He holds three US patents and published in various conferences. His current focus is on dynamic switching behaviour and radiation hardness of SiC based MOSFETS in harsh automotive applications. Hadiuzzaman Syed received his bachelor's degree from Bangladesh University of Technology and Masters from Univeryity of Ulm, Germany.
